Chairman of Azeri "National Congress" party Ikhtiyar Shirin spoke with a statement saying that Presidents Robert Kocharian and Heydar Aliyev agreed in Paris upon the principles of Karabakh dispute settlement, Azeri Bilik Dunyasi agency reported.Referring to reliable sources, Shirin says that in accord with these principles Nagorno Karabakh gets the status of an independent state, formally connected with Azerbaijan, but without being included in Azerbaijan's territory. Azerbaijan will also lose more than 70 settlements in Nagorno Karabakh. In accord with these principles, the OSCE Minsk Group will prepare the agreement project and submit it to the leaders of the two countries.
