NATO MILITARY COMMITTEE CHIEF TO VISIT ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, March 6. /Mediamax/. Chairman of the Military Committee of NATO, Admiral Gvido Venturoni will visit Armenia on March 8-9, Mediamax was informed in the press service of the Defense Ministry of Armenia.

During his visit Mr. Venturoni will meet with Armenian Defense Minister Serzh Sarkisian and chief of the General Headquarters of the armed forces of Armenia, Lieutenant-General Michael Harutyunian. Perspectives of cooperation between Armenia and NATO within "Partnership for Peace" program, as well as a number of regional issues will be discussed at the meeting.

Within the framework of the visit Gvido Venturoni will visit the military institute after Vazgen Sarkisian. --0--
