OSCE CHAIRMAN-IN-OFFICE TO ARRIVE IN ARMENIA TUESDAY

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, February 26. /Mediamax/. The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Foreign Minister of Romania Mircea Dan Geoana will arrive in Armenia on Tuesday, Feb. 27.

This is the first visit of the Romanian diplomat to the region as the OSCE Chairman-in-Office. On Feb. 27-28 Mircea Geoana will meet in Yerevan with the Armenian President Robert Kocharian, Prime Minister Andranik Margarian, speaker of the parliament Armen Khachatrian and Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian.

As Mediamax was informed in the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia, the OSCE Chairman-in-Office will discuss positions of the parties involved in the Karabakh conflict, as well as the current stage of the peace settlement of the problem. Armenian-Romanian bilateral relations will also be discussed during the visit. --0--
