Yerevan hosts presentation of film on March 1, 2008, events

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 26, Yerevan hosted presentation of “Armenia’s Lost Spring” film dedicated to the March 1, 2008, events.

Script writer of the film Tigran Paskevichyan told a press conference in Yerevan that the film consists of two parts, with the first one telling about election campaign of the Armenian National Congress from September 2007, while the second part presents the March 1, 2008, events.

According to Paskevichyan, the events are among top matters of the country: “I don’t think that some other issue is more important.”

He added that March 1 NGO founded by parents of those killed in the events is going to send the film to all Armenian officials, including second President Robert Kocharian.

“Besides, the film will be sent to all embassies and international organizations operating in Armenia,” said Paskevichyan.

The film will be dubbed into Russian, English and French.
