The Head of the Union of relatives of the missing soldiers of NKR, Vera Grigorian stated in the interview to Mediamax that after the meeting of the representatives of the Union of relatives of the missing soldiers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh, held February 11-13 in Tbilisi, "there arose some hope for intensification of works for the search of the missing".V.Grigorian noted that the participants of the meeting expressed their willingness to establish joint search groups to expose the burial places in the battlefields, as well as on the contiguous territories, with further examination for identifying the remains. Vera Grigorian stressed that such a laborious work demands the consolidation of efforts of both the conflicting sides and the international organizations. At the same time, she noted, much depends on how the authorities regard this problem. "Our colleagues from Azerbaijan confessed that they are practically compelled to carry out the search works on their own, without receiving support from the official structures. While this, undoubtedly, creates much difficulties for our joint work", she said. The Head of the Union said also that according to the results of the meeting, the participants approved the Address of mothers of the missing soldiers to the Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh, in which they ask for assistance in the clearing up of the destiny of the missing. --0-- Top stories The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
