PRESIDENTS OF ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN REACHED SECRET AGREEMENT IN PARIS, AZERI PAPER REPORTS

During the talks with Presidents of Armenia and France, held in Paris on January 26, Azeri President Heydar Aliyev accepted in principle the last proposal of the OSCE Minsk Group with the concept of "common state", reported Azeri "Yeni Musavat" paper quoting sources in the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan. According to the paper, Jacques Chirac thinks signing such agreement is inevitable.

The "common state" concept, proposed by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in 1998, taken as a basis for negotiations by Armenia and NKR, was rejected by Azerbaijan. --0--
