During the talks with Presidents of Armenia and France, held in Paris on January 26, Azeri President Heydar Aliyev accepted in principle the last proposal of the OSCE Minsk Group with the concept of "common state", reported Azeri "Yeni Musavat" paper quoting sources in the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.
