"Self-determination" Union speaks for the establishment of diplomatic ties of Armenia with all the countries of the world, including Turkey," the head of "Self-determination" Union Nerses Zeinalvandian stated today at a press conference in Yerevan.At the same time, he said that one shouldn't consign to oblivion the historical facts. "Self-determination" thinks its inadmissible for Ankara to lay down preconditions, especially on the background of the present international campaign on recognizing the Genocide of Armenians of 1915.
