People's Party of Armenia leader plans to form National Front![]() May 26, 2011 - 17:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - During its second Yerevan-hosted forum, the union of national and patriotic forces announced their intention to form a National Front in Armenia. “We seek to activate and unify political forces, and I believe we'll succeed,” one of the initiators of the movement, the People's Party of Armenia leader Tigran Karapetyan stated. As he noted, the affiliation is fully voluntary, having no leader but only a coordination council, heading the movement. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
