Pashinyan believes comparison between his authority and that of ANC leader an overstatement![]() June 2, 2011 - 17:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A member of Armenian National Congress (ANC), Haykakan Zhamanak daily editor-in-chief Nikol Pashinyan believes comparison between his authority and that of ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrossian to be an overstatement. “I'm glad to be assessed so highly; it’s an honour for a politician to have one's authority compared to that of Ter- Petrossian,” he told a news conference in Yerevan. Commenting on possible change of generations in ANC, Pashinyan noted, “there's no need in change of generations, as representatives of all generations in Congress work harmoniously enough. I don't see this happening in near future,” he stressed. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
