The Government of Armenia proposes to allot 10% of 2001 state budget to public health sphere, Minister for Public Health of Armenia Ararat Mkrtchian said today speaking in the National Assembly.The minister noted that this amount (18 billion drams) is very insignificant and equals to the budget of 2 average clinics of a Western European state.
