THE TRIAL OF THE TERRORIST ACT IN PARLIAMENT WILL BE OPEN AND IMPARTIAL

PanARMENIAN.Net - 14.12.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. "The trial of the terrorist act in the Armenian parliament, committed on October 27, 1999, will be open and impartial", the Prime Minister of Armenia Andranik Margarian stated, answering the questions of the "hot line" of Golos Armenii paper.

Commenting on the statements about political pressure on the investigation course, Margarian said: "Beginning October 27, 1999 up to present the Military Prosecutor, relatives of the killed, several social-political organizations have been speaking of pressure of some forces, but none of them has brought any concrete facts".

The Premier stressed that all the interested persons will be given an opportunity to follow the course of the trial. -0-
