EU REPRESENTATIVE SURPRISED AT AZERI AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE TO ARMENIANS

"Even statements on the military opportunity of solution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict were heard here, although Azerbaijan is not able to launch a war," - she emphasized. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, U. Schleicher noted the South Caucasus has always been a conflict region, as it was in the scope of interests of superpowers. Nevertheless, in her words, peace and calmness should exist between the countries of the region and they should closely cooperate. "Specifically, she cited the example of France and Germany, "which were at war many times, but now closely cooperate within the framework of the European Union."
