ARMENIA BENDS EFFORTS TO ESTABLISHING COOPERATION AND MUTUAL CONFIDENCE IN REGION

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia believes in and joins the efforts aiming at the cooperation and consolidation of mutual confidence in the South Caucasus, Armenian FM Vardan Oskanian stated yesterday addressing the 113-th expanded meeting of the FMs of the Council of Europe that took place in Kishinev. In his words, these efforts are to create in the region the atmosphere essential for the adaptation of European approaches to the unsettled conflicts. We can wish Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh and our neighbors just these realistic, creative, tolerant and based on good will approaches, the minister emphasized. "The formula we are searching for as a key to solve the issue should be acceptable for the further good-neighbor co-existence but not for enmity. The borders of our territories should determine our cultures and originality but not impede easy exchange and cooperation", - minister Oskanian stated.
