  NORWEGIAN STATE SECRETARY ARRIVING IN YEREVAN ON WORKING VISITNovember 3, 2003 - 21:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Norwegian State Secretary Kim Traavik will arrive in Armenia on a 2-day working visit November 4. In the course of the visit he is expected to meet with Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian. Kim Traavik is also to visit the Armenian city of Gyumri, where construction works are carried out under the aegis of the Norwegian government.
