ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER TO PAY OFFICIAL VISIT TO CROATIA AND SLOVENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - October 22-24 Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian will pay official visits to Croatia and Slovenia. As reported by the press service of the foreign ministry of Armenia, the visits aim at further development of relations of Armenia with European regions within foreign policy activation framework, taking into consideration that Slovenia will become EU member in 2004, and Croatia has applied for accession to the EU. In the course of the visit to Croatia V. Oskanian will hold meetings with parliament vice-speaker Zdravko Tomac, deputy prime minister Goran Granic and foreign minister Tonino Picula. In Slovenia the head of the Armenian foreign ministry will meet with president Janez Drnovsek, parliament speaker Borut Pahor, prime minister Anton Rop and foreign minister Dimitrij Rupel.
