FM: Armenia will keep assisting OSCE Yerevan office

PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 30, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with newly-elected head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan Andrey Sorokin.

Minister Nalbandian welcomed Sorokin, congratulated him on the appointment, voicing hope for him to take every effort to strengthen cooperation.

Mr. Sorokin, in turn, favored Armenia’s active involvement in OSCE activity.

In this, context Armenian FM expressed satisfaction with the organization’s local mission, noting Armenia’s intention to keep fostering activity of OSCE Yerevan office.

The two men further focused on a number of regional issues, ministerial press service reported.
