Russia, West won't antagonize Armenia for Azeri oil - Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - During a meeting with students and teaching staff of French University in Armenia (UFAR), Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan expressed disagreement with the view that the West and Russia will go against Armenia in exchange for Azerbaijani oil.

Dwelling on Armenia’s foreign policy in the South Caucasus, Defense Minister noted that “it bears the following vertical character in the region: Russia-Georgia-Armenia-Iran, whilst deeming Turkey-Armenia-Azerbaijan horizontal relations as “zero” ties.
