NAIRIT CHEMICAL PLANT TO BE PASSED TO RUSSIAN COMPANY'S TRUST ADMINISTRATIONOctober 11, 2003 - 20:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The agreement on passing Armenian chemical giant of Nairit to the trust administration of Naitit Trust company belonging to Russian RunaBank is to be signed late October, as chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Tigran Sargsian told Arminfo agency. In his words, the agreement will be signed with the Central Bank, which is the trustee of Armsvyazbank, the owner of the Nairit share holding. T. Sargsian also noted that the agreement on sale of the Nairit shares is being worked out and is to be signed after the agreement on administration is negotiated and after the CB carries out the audit at the plant. Nairit Trust company, which is making investments in the enterprise to date is supposed to appear the holder of the plant shares again. To note, Nairit plant being the only manufacturer of rubber in the CIS achieved the needed output this August- 900 tons of rubber monthly. The main consumer of the produce of the plant is Russia.
