As reported by "Interfax" agency, the corresponding agreement was signed yesterday by leaders of the two parties Ali Kerimli ("People's Front") and E. Mamedov ("National Independence"). According to the document, in case the candidate wins the election, the two parties will form a coalition government, headed by Kerimli.
