ARMENIAN DELEGATION TO PARTICIPATE GENOCIDE INTERNATIONAL FORUM IN STOCKHOLM

PanARMENIAN.Net - January 25 the Armenian delegation headed by Prime Minister Andranik Margarian will leave for Sweden to take part in the 4-th international forum on the Genocide issues. The forum dedicated to struggle against humanitarian, political and moral challenges to the humanity is to be held January 25-30. High rank delegations from 58 countries as well as UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and EU Council Secretary General Javier Solana are to participate in the conference. RA Prime Minister's speech is expected January 28 during the 2-nd expanded sitting. A. Margarian is also to meet with the Swedish Prime Minister, foreign minister and the representatives of the Armenian community of the country. As reported by the RA government's press service, deputy minister of the Armenian FM Ruben Shugarian, director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences Ashot Melkonian serve on the Armenia's delegation as well.
