PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia's government approved the document due to which the terms of passing of the Razdan Heat Power Plant by Armenia as the payment of the state debt to Russia were postponed to the end of 2004. As reported by RIA Novosti, the corresponding resolution was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov January 23. According to the source, the primary term of the passing was determined "no later than September 5 2003". Beside the postponement of the date of passing of the Armenian HPP the resolution proposes to change the list of property provided for the Russian party. To remind, Armenia should pay off the debt amounting in $93,76 million by passing state property to Russia. To remind, the enterprises to be owned by Russia are the Razdan HPP, Mars CLSC, Yerevan Research and Science Institute of Automated Managing Systems, Yerevan Research and Science Institute of Mathematical Machines, Scientific and Research Manufacturing Enterprise of Science of Materials CJSC.
