ARMENIAN AND SWEDISH GOVERNMENT HEADS DISCUSSED PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPING BILATERAL COOPERATION IN STOCKHOLM

PanARMENIAN.Net - The prospects of development of the Armenian-Swedish cooperation in the economic, scientific and other spheres were discussed by Prime Ministers of Armenia and Sweden Andranik Margarian and Goran Persson in Stockholm. As reported by the press service of the Armenian government, in the course of the meeting the Swedish premier noted that he was impressed by the economic indicators achieved by Armenia recently in spite of such unfavorable external conditions. G. Persson welcomed Armenia's readiness to cooperate with neighboring countries, adding that Turkey, being on its way to the European Union, has to arrange favorable relations with all its neighbors. It should be reminded that the head of the Armenian government is in Stockholm to participate in an international conference for genocide prevention.
