At that he noted with satisfaction that the relationship between Yerevan and Ankara entered an absolutely new and encouraging stage. Europe is interested in stability in the South Caucasus, regional mutual understanding and dialogue, which is getting right, H. Talvitie said. "However it is a long-lasting process and we are not likely to expect rapid results", he noted.
