BUILDING OF NORD FIRST ELITE ADMINISTRATIVE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX PLANNED IN YEREVAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - The project of the building of first elite administrative residential complex in Yerevan was presented at the Embassy of Armenia in Moscow yesterday. As reported by Arminfo agency, the measure aims to show the opportunities and prospects of investing in the building business in Armenia, which is rapidly developing recently. The building of the residential complex will finish in 2005. A square meter in Nord costs $900-1200. As noted by Dmitry Kurov, a representative of project main investor "Makarios Group," up to now Stalin period houses, whose infrastructure has become old now, were meant when speaking of elite accommodation in Yerevan. Meanwhile, by buying a flat in Nord the purchaser also pays for "the life style," as houses there will be equipped with all facilities, starting with a satellite antenna and Internet communication, ending with a gym and car park. By the way, 6 out of 84 flats of the prospective elite residential complex are already bought.
