TARIFFS FOR ARMENIAN CARGO TRANSPORTATION THROUGH GEORGIAN TERRITORY TO REMAIN UNCHANGEDFebruary 13, 2004 - 18:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The tariffs for transportation of the Armenian cargoes through the Georgian territory will undergo no changes, Committee of Directors of the Georgian Railway company stated yesterday. According to the decree signed by the committee, the rise in tariffs for transportation of mineral oil by the Georgian railway expected March 5 will not be applied to Armenia. To remind, by order of the new Georgian leadership, 24% rebate for the transit of mineral oil and 17% rebate for other kinds of cargoes transported through the Georgian territory are functioning for Armenia.
