LARISA ALAVERDIAN APPOINTED OMBUDSWOMAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian today signed a decree appointing Larisa Alaverdian Ombudswoman. As a result the Human Rights Commission under the President is disbanded. It should be noted that earlier L. Alaverdian headed the Fund against Legal Arbitrariness.
