Open society institute issues report on situation in Armenian jails

PanARMENIAN.Net - Open society institute and Armenian police have issued a report on the situation in Armenian jails.



The monitoring group had the right to attend jails without notification to examine cases of human rights violations.



The report contains information about hygiene, nutrition and rest. In some prisons the convicted are fed once a day because there are no means to buy food.
