Armenia, UAE to develop scientific and technical capacities

The RA government approved an intergovernmental agreement on scientific and technical cooperation between Armenia and the United Arab Emirates on February 4.



As the Minister of Education and Science of Armenia Armen Ashotyan said, this paper will facilitate co-financing of scientific-technical and socio-economic programs and projects, important for the economies of the two countries
