President of Armenia named among hundred intellectuals of post-Soviet territory of 2009

PanARMENIAN.Net - Renowned "Foreign Policy" published a list of hundred leading thinkers of the world in 2009, in which no one from post-Soviet territory was included. "Global Intellect Monitoring" expert community decided to correct that mistake and make another list of hundred intellectuals, which included 3 Armenians, Yerkramas wrote.

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan , his Turkish counterpart Abdullah Gul were listed for their "first steps towards overcoming a century-long conflict of civilizations”. The expert Andrei Areshev was listed "for the effective promotion on the Internet the objective geopolitical knowledge. Economist Sergei Eghishyants was listed for "a unique understanding of a dynamically changing reality”.
