Yerevan to host Italian cuisine festivalApril 30, 2010 - 17:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A festival of Italian cuisine will be held in Yerevan. “11 Armenian restaurants will present cuisines of different Italian provinces,” Italian Ambassador to Armenia Bruno Scapini told a news conference on April 29. Asked by a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter whether it’s possible to organize a similar festival of Armenian cuisine in Italy, Ambassador Scapini said it would be a success. “Armenian cuisine can enter the international market, as it resembles the Mediterranean,” he said. The event is organized by Ermenegildo Zegna represented in Armenia by Imex Group. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
