  RA Ombudsman urges for the return of NKR and Azeri soldiers’ bodies to homeland October 20, 2010 - 18:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan addressed a message to his NKR and Azerbaijani counterparts Yuri Hayrapetyan and Elmira Suleymanova. Harutyunyan urged Karabakh and Azeri authorities to show tolerance by initiating the return of NKR and Azeri soldiers’ bodies to their homeland, as well as allowing foreign experts to investigate into circumstances of their deaths. The Ombudsman expressed readiness to assist in the issue within the limits of his authority.
