No one responsible for cleanness in underground passages of YerevanNovember 16, 2010 - 19:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Construction and Improvement Department at Yerevan Mayor’s Office Frunz Basentsyan said that maintenance of cleanness in underground passages of our capital is among the most difficult matters today. Local administrative bodies should deal with the matter, however, no certain actions are observed, Basentsyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. “There is a certain provision in the law, under which any person who draws or posts something on walls of underground passages should remove it in some time,” he said. Basentsyan added that the results of works on cleaning underground passages are not maintained for a long time.
