André Diamant of Brazil became championship winner with 7,5 points to his score. Grand Master Karen Movsisyan wins 7th place with 6,5 point to his score at San Sebastian open tournament, hosting 150 participants. International Master Aramis Pedras Alvares (Cuba) won the championship gold. Armenian Grand Master Varuzhan Hakobyan, representing US at Philadelphia Chess Tournament, gained 6 points to take 11th place among 127 participants.
