Speaking to Fars News Agency about the ongoing talks between Iran and the Group 5+1 (the five permanent UN Security Council members plus Germany), Mann stressed, "The atmosphere dominating the negotiations is positive." Mann declined to answer an FNA question about Israel's nuclear arsenals.
