As the editor-in-chief of Beirut-based Aztag daily Shahan Kandaharian told PanARMENIAN.Net Kilic and a former head of administration had difficulty stopping the skirmish. The fight was caused by Kilic’s decision to cancel his visit to the village, instead opting to continue his way to Aintab, a village with a majority of Turkish population. “The clash reveals actual relationship between Ankara and Turkish-populated villages of Lebanon,” Kandaharian said. - The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
