Ex-U.S. envoy to report at Genocide event in Chicago![]() April 19, 2012 - 20:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former U.S. ambassador to Armenia John Evans will come up with a report during an Armenian Genocide commemoration event in Chicago on April 21. The title of his talk is “The Question of Justice.” Ambassador Evans was recalled by the Bush Administration as U.S. ambassador to Armenia over his truthful comments recognizing the Armenian Genocide made during a U.S. speaking tour in February of 2005 that included presentations in Boston, New York, New Jersey, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Fresno and Washington, DC. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees.
