To remind, the meeting is to be held within the frames of the summit of foreign ministers of the CE member-states. In the words of Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mamedyarov, the "negotiations will focus on the readiness of the parties for dialogue". "We are considering a number of ideas at present", he said.
