As the Sunday Times reported this week, the London City Hall has rented the building for the term of 25 years from a company, of which Izmirlian holds the control stock. According to the source, in 1990 the Izmirlians established a foundation, which funded the building of the library of Yerevan State University, as well as various blocks of the Military Academy of Armenia and those in Holy Echmiadsin.
