PREPARATORY STAGE OF VOLGABURMASH RUSSIAN COMPANY BUYING CONTROL PACKAGE OF NAIRIT PLANT BEING FINISHED

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian today received head of Volgaburmash Russian Company Andrey Ischuk, who is in Yerevan to complete the preparatory stage of the buying of the control package of the shares of Nairit Armenian Plant. As reported by the Press Service of the Armenian President, Volgaburmash is one of the world leaders in the field of mechanical engineering. The company has the experience of working in the CIS countries, specifically - in Ukraine. Andrey Ischuk informed the Armenian leader about the course of the preparation works and the investment program of his company for recovery of Nairit enterprise. In his words, Volgaburmash is disposed to return the previous fame of the Armenian enterprise and has prepared a serious program both for production and output realization. Ischuk reported that the striking of the bargain is planned in the end of June. In his turn Robert Kocharian welcomed the entry of such a large company to the Armenian market, expressing confidence that Armenia will have a reliable partner in the person of Volgaburmash.
