As Hillary Clinton told journalists in Yerevan, no preconditions had been set while signing the rapprochement Protocols. As she noted, despite Turkey’s intention to link normalization of Ankara-Yerevan ties to Karabakh conflict settlement, and though very important, these 2 issues must not become interrelated.
