AZERI NGOs INTEND TO HOLD PROTEST ACTION AGAINST PARTICIPATION OF ARMENIAN OFFICERS IN NATO EXERCISES IN BAKUSeptember 9, 2004 - 00:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - September 11 the National Forum of NGOs of Azerbaijan intends to hold a protest action against participation of Armenian officers in Cooperative Best Effort - 2004 multinational military exercises to be held in Baku within Partnership for Peace NATO program September 13-26, forum Chairman Azay Guliyev told Interfax news agency. "This morning we sent a request to Baku City Hall asking to authorize the holding of the meeting procession," Guliyev stated.
