  ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTER RECEIVED FINLAND'S AMBASSADORSeptember 16, 2004 - 19:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Secretary of the Security Council under the RA President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian received Finland's Ambassador to Armenia Terry Hacala. During the meeting the parties discussed the prospect of cooperation, partly, within the Partnership for Peace Program and peacekeeping activities. The Ambassador expressed assurance that the Armenian-Finnish relations will develop both in military and in economic and cultural cooperation. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
