ANC will vote against government’s program – bloc member![]() June 20, 2012 - 18:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc member, People's Party leader Stepan Demirchyan cited the non-implementation of the previous government’s program as the reason behind ANC’s refusal to vote for the present one. He further harshly criticized the authorities’ activity over the recent years. Another ANC representative Nikol Pashinyan noted that the poverty rate officially totals 35 % at present, with the previous program stipulating poverty reduction up to 13%. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
