BSEC FOREIGN MINISTERS TO MEET IN YEREVAN IN MID-APRILMarch 19, 2003 - 17:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Within the framework of the measures held in Armenia as a country presiding at the organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) a meeting of the ministers of education and science will be held in Yerevan in early April, and a conference of the foreign ministers of the BSEC member countries will be held in the middle of April. As reported by "De Facto" agency, chief of the department of international economic organizations of the Armenian foreign ministry Paruyr Hovhannisian told journalists today, when participating in a seminar opened in Yerevan that is devoted to the institutional reformation of the foreign relations sphere of the BSEC member states. High-rank officials of the BSEC countries, international experts participate in the seminar, which will last till March 20.![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
