Paper: many reasons to quash judgment on ANC activists’ case

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak daily, there are a number o f reasons to quash the judgment by Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Court of General Jurisdiction on Armenian National Congress (ANC) activists’ case.

On Aug. 27, in conversation with Haykakan Zhamanak paper, lawyer Vahe Grigoryan noted the court’s banning activist Sargis Gevorgyan from concluding his speech in own defense as one of the main reasons.
