Let us remind that early February Robert Simmons and Romualdas Razuks visited Georgia and Azerbaijan. When in Baku Robert Simmons stated that though NATO is examining the situation around Karabakh "the Alliance is not going to mediate in the process".![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
