  7 RUSSIAN SERVICEMEN ARRESTED IN GYUMRIMarch 3, 2005 - 20:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - 7 soldiers of the 102-nd Russian military base situated in Armenian Gyumri city - Vladimir Zvyagintsev, Alexander Kartashov, Yevgeny Penkov, Alexander Samsonov, Alexey Budayev, Ivan Pugachev and Alexander Login - are arrested in Gyumri, the Aravot newspaper reported. From 2004 till February 20, 2005 these servicemen have committed over 14 crimes, including stealing cars, theft, rapine.
