  Heritage rep. to vote against stripping ex-minister Oskanian of immunity September 28, 2012 - 17:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage opposition party parliamentary group member Zaruhi Postanjyan said she would vote against stripping Prosperous Armenia member, former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian of his congressional immunity. “Though our party hasn’t yet discussed the issue, I hope, my colleagues will back me,” she told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Armenia’s Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan addressed the National Assembly with a proposal to deprive ex-minister Vartan Oskanian of his congressional immunity over the money-laundering charges against Civilitas Foundation.
