  MP: launch of Turkish military operations against Syria possible October 8, 2012 - 13:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Armenian National Assembly Standing Committee on Foreign Relations deems launch of Turkish military operations against Syria possible, given the current situation. “Turkish position on Syria is conditioned by the “Kurdish factor,” Artak Zakaryan said, expressing concerns that Turkey’s actions may further escalate tensions in the Middle East. The MP further voiced skepticism over Iran’s possible open intervention in the Syrian conflict in case Turkey launches military operations.
