PanARMENIAN.Net - If May 29 France votes against adoption of the European Constitution, this will result in problems inside the EU, stated Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian, reported Armenpress news agency. In his words, the actions of that key player can predetermine the further European developments. «I just cannot imagine for France and the French, as the prime mover of the EU, to head for a different direction in such a critical moment,» the Armenian Foreign Minister noted. In his words, it will dispirit Armenia, too, as «we will evidence the reduction of the role and influence of France in European structures, where it comes for the development of cooperation with Armenia.» «Especially when we have just joined the EU New Policy program and we have certain expectations from the daily developing cooperation with Europe,» V. Oskanian added.
